30th day of Ramadhan

As I bid farewell to humble Ramadhan
I welcome with Salam the month of Syawal
Its a month to celebrate, a month of happiness
Its a month of apologies, A month of forgiveness
For I am only human. I am one of God's creations
Full of imperfections. Ready for improvements
I may not say it right, excuse me
I may not be the best, pardon me
I may not conduct myself the finest, forgive me
To all my family and friends, fellow Muslims near and far.
Have a safe journey when you’re driving; bicycle, motor or by car
Wherever your kampung or hometown it may be,
I pledge you please come back home safely
